1. Go to http://www.mua.co.za/user and login to the MUA site using your broker code as both your username and password. E.g. User name: B12345 and Password: B12345 (these are dummy codes).

2. When logged in to the site, please go to the top right of your screen and click on your broker code that now appears to the left of a Logout button.

3. You will then see the following tabs on your profile page. Click on each of the tabs presented – Account settings and Broker details and check the information we have on file for you.

 4. If you would like to change that information, make the changes within the relevant form fields and click the Save button below.

5. Please also ensure that you add yourself to the broker map under Broker details. You can move around the map, scroll in and out and place your location pin in the appropriate place on the map. Use the + and - buttons on the top right of the map to move around.

6. Click the Save button again and your details will be updated.

7. When all your information is updated, click on the Find a Broker Tab at the top of the site and check that your brokerage is appearing on the map and in the correct location. 

You now have access to the MUA Broker Zone where you can find the MUA quote and other forms, read our blog, comment on articles, participate in the discussion forum and see the latest news from our Facebook and Twitter page.

If you are registering with MUA for the first time, you will need to create a new account. Please do so here or click on the Register button at the top right hand side of the screen. Complete the quick form and submit. Your application will be pending until MUA receive your agency application form and authorise your broker application. You will then be emailed a login to the Broker Zone and you can then access all relevant forms and information through the Broker Zone. If you have any questions about this process, please contact us.
