Homeowners must prioritise home maintenance or face insurance claim repudiations
A recent estate agent survey on Tuesday showed that the majority of homeowners cannot afford to maintain their properties.
According to the First National Bank (FNB) Home Loans' second quarter survey only 41 percent of homeowners, have the necessary funds to repair damage to their houses.
That is a drop of more than 38 percent since 2004.
