Your client is liable for the first amount payable (excess) of any claim unless they are 55 years of age (this applies to the basic excess only).

You can inform your client that the following claims will result in a percentage reduction of their Claims Free Group:
- Motor (excluding window/glass claims)
- Contents (excluding automatic extensions of cover)
