Thank you for applying for an account.
Part 1 of the MUA Broker Registration is now complete.Your account is currently pending approval by the site administrator.
Once it has been approved, you will receive an e-mail containing further instructions.
New brokers
As a new broker, in order to complete the registration please click on the links and download the following forms below.
Please ensure you have the relevant documentation available before completing this document.
We will be requiring the undermentioned documents:
- Copy of Fais License with annexures
- Copy of Vat certificate
- Copy of cancelled cheque or bank statement
- Copy of a minimum R1M valid Professional indemnity
- IGF number (if collection premiums) with a Fidelity insurance Cover

This is a separate agreement that needs to be signed with Compass Insurance Company Limited as well as MUA Insurance Acceptances (Pty) Ltd.
When you've completed the forms and signed the agreement fax them to 021 525 6300 or scan the printed forms and email to info@mua.co.za.
