Ensure Cars Are Towed To Reputable Panel Beaters

In an effort to assist clients and ensure that all MUA vehicles are towed to reputable panel beaters we have introduced a new excess voucher system and toll free number for all of our clients.
All clients who use this toll free number are entitled to a R500 discount on the excess payable, which we hope will ensure that MUA gains control of our client’s vehicles at the scene of the accident thereby also managing to control the cost of the claim.
Clients that do not use the toll free number will not be entitled to a R500 discount.
This new system is open to all MUA clients, whether they have Roadside Assist or not. There is also no limit on the number of vouchers per year or the number of vouchers per car.
