- In the event of a burglary claim, the alarm activation report must be provided. You can ask your alarm service provider for this report.
- The claim form must be accompanied by any additional documentation substantiating the claim.
- Where the claim amount exceeds R 20 000, MUA will appoint an external loss adjuster from our panel of loss adjusters.
- Where possible, your claim will be settled within 72 hours of receipt of the required documentation.

To you, this means that the loss or damage giving rise to a claim, should be the first and only trauma you will suffer. There will be no further trauma to you as a result of the the way your claim is handled and administered.
We endorse the professional handling of any claim with fairness, honesty, good faith, integrity, without delay or discrimination and in a transparent manner.
